Death's Head Hawkmoth

Made popular by the film, The Silence of the Lambs, this unique moth received it's nickname "Death's Head" due to the appearance of a disturbing skull on it's back. Not all Death's Heads have such a prominent "skull". These are imported from a breeder in Belarus.
 
Real specimens in locally handmade UV blocking 5x7 shadowbox frame. Sealed with hardware for hanging.
 
Sits nicely on a shelf, wall or in a cabinet of curiosities.
